Team Nursing?

So.. We will be doing team nursing tomorrow instead of the usual total care nursing. Our clinical instructor told us that we would be assigned into 3 teams. Something is confusing me about it. How will we be doing the bedside care? Medications? Charting? @_@ I’m a bid confused on how will all of this work. Will it be like having task assignments on the team members? Like having a mini-functional nursing in every team? LOOL I hope someone would clarify this to me @______________@ XD Hoping our duty tomorrow would go well.
