DSL @ 56kbps The Fastest Internet EVER!

Tonight must be one of those slowest nights ever. Our ISP has provided us a 56 kbps internet speed and to think we’re on a DSL line. D: Crap~! What the heck is wrong with our ISP to give us this? <,< Talked to a friend about it and he’s also experiencing the same problem D: Haaay… ~,~ Can’t surf and play properly with this. D:
