Transport Strike: Classes or No Classes?

There would be a transport strike tomorrow and there has been news that there would be no classes. But the usual thing actually happens in our school. Classes haay.. Anyways, I got word that the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) stated that there would be classes if there would be vehicles. According to the Administration, they would still be looking at the situation if there would be classes or not. Annoying sometimes when they declare that there would be no classes on a strike just like last time. Everyone was at school and THEN THEY DECLARE NO CLASS. So annoying D: Haay.. I hope they make up their mind already..
