Bandaging

Second day of the BLS training and I think everyone is excited to do the return demonstration of the bandaging. Bandaging is confusing sometimes especially when you don’t get the concept on how to do it properly. They did this pair kind of thing for the demonstration – The patient and the rescuer. The patient had to get this small piece of paper with five situations in which the rescuer has to bandage the patient accordingly. Bandaging is very funny sometimes especially when the patient has this broken fracture and the rescuer has to do a fourtail type of bandaging, kinda makes the patient look like a pig. LOL A good thing with the return demonstration that we had was that our instructors gave everyone a real good chance to finish all through out. If they didn’t make it the first time, there’s the second, third and fourth tries. :3 Real nice for a change. ^^, One thing I hated during the bandaging was the lack of bandages available LOL. Almost ran out of time to do another bandaging technique because I had to make a new cravat out of a triangular bandage. @_@ Congratulations to everyone for the successful bandaging demonstration! Hope we could make through the bandaging in the Situational Analysis tomorrow.
