Basic Life Support

Today was the start of our BLS training. Was excited on what was going to happen to us during the training. I was really looking forward for the situational quiz thingy which your group would be going around school to help some victims while being placed under a certain situation such as fires or something. A good thing for this is that we won’t be having any quizzes but sadly we’re gonna have this return demonstration thing about Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO), CPR and AR. ( I forgot what AR means LOL ) We also did this bandage tying thing. The square knot, the 8 thingy tie blah blah and some other stuff. Haay… I’m hoping that we’d be able to make it through tomorrow and on Saturday. :3 Anyway, I found this small guide on how to do CPR.
