Download Videos from Video Hosting Sites?

People want to download videos from YouTube or from other hosting sites. It is kinda annoying to be downloading the videos in a format in which it is a bit incompatible with our video players. Just tonight, I found a nice site which you could download the video while convert it to a format of choice. Choices range from .3gp, .avi, .mov, .mp4, .wmv, and .mpeg @_@ Wew~ Now I think I can use some of the videos for our presentations in school or for just collection. ^^
